Not worth visiting!
A review of this place
It’s a horrible place. I ought to know; I go to school there for some bizarre reason.

‘Horrible’?
Well that’s as may be since all places have their bad pockets and I don’t know where about in particular you are reviewing.
Full of roadworks and a sparkly new development dotted about at random every other street while major areas are harshly neglected from citywide betterment schemes, yes; proving that the city council is more interested in bureaucratic schemes to make the people who run the city feel important rather than using the ‘culture fund’ money to actually improve the image of the city.
But on the upside there is still so much to do and to see here; as a resident I think I’ve never really took much of the surroundings in, and every so often I’ll look up at buildings and statues I’d never given a second glance to and suddenly be intrigued.
There are theatres, museums and galleries, the docks full of maritime history, the obligatory Beatles memorabilia, the architecture, public art installations, and the majority of people are what can only be described in the local dialect as ‘sound’.
On the whole I think it’s quite overlooked and only ever given negative reviews when compared to megatropoleses or in bitter local rivalry with neighbouring cities in the region.
