It’s funny, I actually did the opposite: I missed the Grand Canyon and went onto Sedona. I felt like the Grand Canyon deserved much much more time that I had to spend at the time.

I also drove through Flagstaff as well. For people who live in cities – especially East-coasters, Arizona is such an experience, with it’s extremely wide open spaces and sweeping miles and miles of beautiful terrain that reaches the horizon. It is also beautiful to experience the landscape change on the Drive from Las Vegas to Sedona. It’s an amazing experience in its own right.
