Worth visiting!
Okay, I don’t really know where this beach is (I know how to get there…) but it’s where a Greek frieght ship ran aground around 1969, and the wreck is still on the beach. I hate shipwrecks, but I promised my roommate if she took a picture with a clown (which she hates), I’d go to Shipwreck Beach with her (ha- I don’t even know what it’s really called!)

localhikes.com is extremely useful if you are interested in hiking the various beach/canyon/mountain trails in SoCal.
Website has directions, pictures and trail info. Apparently the ship is broken into pieces, but large sections of the hull remain intact.
