Worth visiting!

The last time I went to this place

I helped one of my best friends move here in 2002. He had recently gone through a divorce. His company was restructuring and he had to move to California for his job.

I helped him load up his truck and trailer. He drove his truck and I drove his car. We left kind of late in the day, so we stopped overnight in Las Vegas.

The following day we pulled into Colton and unloaded as much as we could into his mobile home. We took the rest of it to a storage unit nearby.

I can no longer live with a lie!!!

Yes! I am dying to bag Holt, MI. It’s killing me to see it on your list of places visited. I’ve only been to MI twice in my life. The first time was when I bagged DTW by making a connection there while on the way from AKRON, OH to South Bend, IN. The other time was when I flew into Saginaw and then drove up to Oscoda.

However you can bet your bottom dollar that I’m going to try my hardest to bag the Lansing Airport and then head on south to Holt the next chance that I get.

Origin of the Name

An illiterate man coined this phrase, and hence the name of the town, when he wanted to discourage people from journeying on to Lansing, the airport, and so on.
Holt! Who goes there???
