I was born and raised in NYC. I still live here. I just wanted to suggest that visitors try to also visit some places outside of Manhattan. There are beautiful beaches out in the Hamptons, Long Island, and historical sites. The north shore of Long Island also has incredible mansions. The outer boroughs also have a wealth of history and culture. By the way, a few years ago my husband and I stayed for a weekend at the Marriott Hotel in the theater district of Manhattan. We pretended to be tourists. I must say, the staff was wonderful and the hotel was awesome. And, the rooms came equipped with movies that were currently playing in theaters. We had a great time and highly recommend it!
