I guess I could have read the signs. Anyway, this is a nice park. It was freezing cold today so it was pretty empty. I wonder where the junkies went though.

Cal was a friend of mine. He was such a good man. When I heard he had AIDS I wanted to go and see him, but I afraid of seeing death.
I never did go to see him. A few weeks later I read in the paper that he had died.
I always regret not getting to say goodbye to someone who really deserved it.
I am so glad there is a park named after him. He deserved that for all his bravery and kindness…
