In 2007, Vancouver tied with Vienna as having the best quality to live in the world. It was ranked the second most expensive ciity in Canada, after Toronto.
It’s the second city in the top 15 cities according to our book. It would be very interesting to know that is ranked one of the best cities to live in the world because it isn’t an american or european city, which shows that Europe and United States have to improve more.
