I hated it. Obviously, I have mixed feelings about this place. I just don’t get it anymore. I live upstate (actually, the western part of the state), and the contrast is overwhelming. I can go outside on my porch, perhaps talk to the neighbors, and breathe in fresh air. I don’t think they even know what fresh air is in NYC. And the people! I know I’m getting old, I don’t like the rush of people, I just don’t get what is so exciting about being around a whole bunch of people. You’re not going to make friends with them, you’re not going to make money off of them. The other thing a large group of people contribute is dirt and grime.

When I think of NYC, I just think of the stench that we had to endure as we approached the city. It is DEFINITELY noticable, and the grime. NYC is just plain dirty. I don’t know, maybe it’s just Harlem. I should be going there in just over a month, so we’ll see.

Peace!

Sorry, can't give it to you!

Especially after going to other places in the NYC. It was definitely Harlem. Perhaps I was a little too harsh. It’s crazy, because I want to like Harlem, I’ve partied down there, my wife is even from there. But Harlem is definitely not my burough.

Now Brooklyn on the other hand, my type of flavor……
