My wife and I occasionally go back to Palomino, like we did last night, because it’s one of the places we went on our second date. We’ve only ever been to the bar side of this very large restaurant on the third floor of one of the tall office buildings downtown. The drinks are good. The food is pretty run-of-the-mill American Italian stuff. It’s got a “happy hour” ambiance and can get really noisy. But we go in order to relive part of our past more than anything else. A lot has changed in twelve years but this place is still pretty much the same as it’s always been.
