I live here. What else could you ever want to know? It’s great.

The Autumns and Springs are wonderful, the Winter is endurable, and the Summer fairly bad. I live in Potomac, about 14 miles northwest of Washington, DC, but other parts of the state are truly beautiful, particularly the western panhandle near Sharpsburg and some parts of the Eastern Shore near St. Michael’s Island. The C & O Canal, relatively near to my house, is one of my favorite places (although the Potomac River is actually more beautiful from the Virginia side, I must admit).
