Cucina Biazza is my favorite Ashland Restuarant. The ambience is fantastic in the outdoor section. There is a trellace with wisteria growing overhead, fountains around the outside wall of the restaurant, and at night a network of lights and candlelights give light.
The food is amazing. Four courses are served here starting with the antipasti with an array of vegetables. Next up is the Primi Piatti. This time I had a dish with clams and linguini, although my favorite remains to be the ravioli with lobster. Next was the Secondi Piatti with Pollo Alla Mama Mia, aka Chicken with cornmeal, vegies and spinach. And finally we finished off with a delicious salad with a vengrette, pecans and blue cheese.
This is yet another fancy restaurant in Ashland, but I think that this place gives you the most for your money in terms of good food. Expect to pay at least $40 per visit.
