This was the first theater I’d ever been where they served beer and food while the movie played. It was an entirely new experience for me and I loved it, even though the movies (double feature of “Species” and “Pulp Fiction”) didn’t engage our attention at all. Definitely helped to be a bit buzzed as the double feature droned on, but we were involved in our own conversations and wrapped in our own little world.
