It is easy to drive by this place. To me, it seems like it is supposed to be somewhat of a secret spot. Although the restaurant/bar/club is right on Hollywood Blvd. (a main street), you enter through the side door on Cherokee. You will miss the side door if you are not looking for it. The door is unmarked, and it just has a curtain covering the entranceway.

But once you go inside, it is beautiful. The food is expensive, but tasty. It is worth a go just once if you can afford it.

At the time of writing this, Geisha House is a trendy night spot, more so than a restaurant.
