Piroshky-Piroshky

Worth visiting!

A review of this place: Just Dropped in for Lunch  — 1 year ago

After the cruise we happened to be walking by this place at lunch time. It looked interesting, so we decided to stop in.

The food was very good, and not very expensive. The only thing that I didn’t like was that it was very crowded in there. There really isn’t much there in the way of a place to sit.

Is there also one in Crossroads Mall in Bellevue?

Maybe their map is wrong?

Found it on Crossroads’ website

They’re tucked in the back section.

don't get the salmon one

I’ve only been to the Crossroads store. Their pelmeni are OK. But don’t get the salmon piroshky – it’s grossly colored pink with dye :-P

Thanks for the heads up

I usually just get the boiled potato dumplings, dipping them in the side of sour cream.

Piroshkies

Okay, I’m adding this to my list. There are many yummy eateries in Pike Place Market I have yet to visit. And I don’t have much of an excuse … Pike Place Market is 4 blocks from my office.

Thanks

I couldn’t resist. It so happened that my walk today took me past Pike Place Market. So I decided to go a couple extra blocks and pick up lunch from Piroshky, Piroshky. My ham, cheese & spinach piroshky hit the spot and I’ll have to go back another time to try some other kinds.

and now you're thinking...

“Gee if I had only come here two months ago I could have had lunch with R8 and his lovely wife.”
