Even if you’re not into birding, the sights are beautiful. With both an east and west beach you can watch the sun either rise or set. There are amazing trails and boardwalks all over. The land left is so well preserved you feel a million miles away from civilization.

All kinds of wildlife is abundant. And the birds, well if you’re an enthusiast I don’t have to tell you, but even if you’re not you might find yourself surprised at what you can see.

Also, as far as wildlife photography in Ontario goes, you could do much worse. If you’re there in May, try sticking oranges on the branches of your campsite and see what appears.
