Not worth visiting!
People are impersonal. Most don’t speak or understand English, and they will shoo you away when you seek for their help. Seriously, for a place that thrives on tourism, the people should be friendly and accommodating.

I’m surprised you say this, I thought people were pretty friendly, especially for a big city. So much friendlier than other big cities like New York or London. Also, everybody I talked to spoke enough English that I could do what I wanted to do, you just had to make sure you were speaking clearly.
