Ever since my past bicycle injury I have had a spiteful opinion of people working in the medical industry. However, I have been pleasantly surprised with the staff here. When I walked into the building I was expecting to go on a wild goose chase of walking through dark hallows and endless hallways trying to find the right person at this huge medical facility.

But no! I went up to the front desk and the first person I talked to was able to help me. I didn’t get my medical records on the spot, but he said that he would mail them for me in an envelope I provide first thing tomorrow morning. Thank you for a effecient hospital visit!
