Not worth visiting!
The first time I went to this place
I have a theory about anti-Texas sentiment: it’s Dallas’ fault.
I adore Texas. I’m a Houstonian, born and raised. I love the Hill Country. I’ve listened to Buddy Holly in Lubbock. I get all choked up every time I leave Orange and cross into Louisiana. But I hate Dallas with every fiber of my being for reasons I can’t fully explain.
If Dallas embodies the stereotypical Texan attitude – big hair, big cowboy hats, people flaunting their wealth – then DFW embodies Dallas.
It’s huge, it takes forever to get anywhere, and there are about six billion stores. It’s more like a mall than an airport, and I just find that completely ridiculous.
