definitely heaven on earth! if you’re a beach-sea-person, that is. It’s not as expensive as i thought it would be, considering that it’s one of the world’s premier dive spots…the sanctuary was even better in real live technicolor, and yes, we did FIND nemo and friends. a tip? make sure you’re in malatapay on a wednesday for the busy, festive tabo. That’s either before u hop in a boat to APo or coming back from ur r&r…APO is just this surreal piece of heaven that won’t bother ur pockets.
