On a shopping trip to Brattleboro this Saturday we were hungry and wanted to get out of the persistent rain so we headed to Adagio. It is right on Main Street and has a very nice lunch menu. I had the porchetta panino – sliced pork scented with rosemary and layered with roasted peppers and provolone.

As an aside we sat in the bar and watched the Red Sox win. Sam saw her first Grand Slam and thereby got a crush on Mike Lowell.
