I was going to move here on the Sep. 9th. But I changed my mind 4 days ago. So now I am going to have to just go visit.

Yes, make sure you are ready.
Have at least three months times the rent plus the deposit saved up, plus food money for those three months. You may want to budget in transportation money. Or bring a bike and helmet, with light.
It’s not “City that works,” and “City of broad shoulders” for nothing. You work hard once you move here.
