Most good restaurants per capita by rjpower

Had two work trips to Winnipeg over the years. I remember eating really well – Swiss, Chinese, Japanese, etc. There seemed to be no shortage of great restaurants. Nice, medium-sized city, but a little off the beaten path.

I had some great dim sum in Winnipeg’s Chinatown. Some of the stuff at the Forks looked really good too, but you can only eat so much.
