Worth visiting!

The first time I went to this place

Was in 1989, it was crowded with a long line of people waiting outside to get a table. I’ve been back for Afternoon Tea & Lunch quite a few times since & it’s always been a delight.
Tea is served in real bone china pots with mismatched cups & saucers! Quite charming! The broken pieces have been used in framed collages hanging inside and embedded in the cement outside the entry. Some women were wearing rhinestone tiars(provided by the establishment) to celebrate a birthday! After consuming all the tea a trip to the “throne” was in order! Don’t miss it, decorated with photos, paintings and commemorative memorabilia, it’s a mini museum!
The presentation for High Tea was Fabulous!
