my most sincere condolences to you and your family kanard.
Sadly this almost exact thing happened to my Uncle a few years ago . My Aunt had gone out for a couple of hours to run some errands, and when she returned home, she found my Uncle had passed away at his desk in his office from a heart attack. The hardest part for her and the rest of the family, (aside from the suddenness of it all), was the fact that he was alone when he passed, and that they never had the chance to say goodbye.
