Sounds good to me...
Lets look over the list and see who has the most cheers and then work on down the list to those who need the most? Seems like we may work the quickest that way. (And I liked the invisible ink message…I do agree!...I’ll have to try that sometime!)

It does look like we could probably help these people into completing their goal in less than maybe 3 weeks…do you agree with my strategy and do them in that order? Or do you have a different plan for us? (I heard that you and Des are the leadership for the organization…so I’m waiting patiently for your direction on this due to her leave of absence.)

The stupid cheer goblin strikes again!
I had one cheer left and made a few entries, but when I went to give our target her first cheer…I was down to zero! :( AAAAAHHHHHHHHH!

Sounds like a very excellent idea…I saw the same thing! :( Focusing efforts where it will count most is my priority too.
