Worth visiting!

The first time I went to this place

Was years ago! A friend & I walked up to the DB and bought some pastries from the little blond Danish lady behind the pastry case. In a strong Danish accent Lola, the owner, began naming the treats that had just been baked. Everthing sounded good so we decided to get a few items & share them. This was when I fell in ♥ with almond paste. The Kringle – Weinerbrode is a wonderful treat for Breakfast or Brunch and the Tosca Bars, Napolean Hats,& Kransekakke are also Excellent!
Today Lola ,along with her son Mark the baker, are still turning out their tasty treats Tues.- Sat.
Also, if you are planning to make a stop in the summertime, call to make sure they haven’t closed the shop for the annual trip back to Denmark!
