Worth visiting!

Bridge Street Cafe

Usually when travelling between Nova Scotia and New Brunswick I would stop in Sackville, NB to take a break and have something to eat. Right beside the highway there are a couple of gas stations and some restaurants. I suspect that most people go to these places. But it you take a 2 minute drive into downtown Sackville, it’s much nicer.
On Bridge Street in Sackville is the appropriately-named Bridge Street Cafe which is a cozy, friendly place with great food and great coffee. It’s inside an old building and in the summer there is a patio out front.
On Saturdays the Farmers Market is inside (but I haven’t been there on Saturday morning yet).
The food that I’ve had there has been great. Most recently I had a lovely toasted veggie sandwich on a fresh baguette. Definitely worth a stop.

I used to live in Sackville, and the Bridge Street Cafe was always right around the corner with great food and great conversation.
