...those crazy tourists are on our bicycle paths, all the time, all year ‘round. It can drive you nuts when you live somewhere and people who come to visit this place which is famous for, amongst other things, bikes, don’t respect the most obvious rules.

I have stopped many times and asked the tourist of my choice if he could make out exactly what kind of symbol he was standing on while taking his picture. He looks to his feet and says “bike”. The path is red, too.

The real danger lies in the cabbies and trams. They will run you over.

BTW: I’m not even Dutch. ;o)
