After leaving sunny California, the military thought that I being an Island girl would thoroughly enjoy a trip to smack dab in the middle of the map for the past 5 or so years. So far it’s been a lesson in the definition of cold and just how evil some mosquitoes really are. In truth most of the people are fantastic, there is much history here and in the surrounding area but I’ve had my fair share of Grand Forks and can’t wait to get going to the next place the military decides to move us.
