I’m not knocking Ireland, and I’ve heard nothing but good things about Dublin, but this page is dedicated to a town called Dublin in the great Republic of Texas; I can’t stress enough what a vast difference that makes.

Dublin, TX is distinguished by many things, I’m sure, but most notably it’s the world’s only source for the original formula of Dr Pepper, made with imperial cane sugar. In fact, Dublin is officially known as “Dr Pepper, TX” for one week in June of each year.

So put aside your pints of Guinness and shamrocks (and other Irish symbols that reveal my ignorance of Irish culture). Those things are fine, but they have nothing to do with Dublin, TX.
