If I had to guess you insulted someone by making a smart ass comment about Newfie’s. Not a wise thing to do. Think about the reasons for the fight and then get back to me. You are more likely to get in a fight if you aren’t from here actually. Newf’s are usually pretty tolerant, but firecly overprotective of our people, and our heritige. If you insulted our military, it too could have caused a fight. I’m a 34 year old woman, married with 2 kids, and I will still go toe to toe or face to face with anyone that insults our place, our country, or our miltary heritige. If you are a nice person you get treated with kindness. If you are an ass we will treat you like we see you!!
