A review of this place: Inexpensive hotel, no air conditioning
As of January 2007 they charge ARS 80 for a double room, which is USD 25 for a good size room with its own bathroom, cable TV and a fan (!).
For spring and summer you should consider asking for a room by the rear side (which is cooler).
