What I want to do at this place

Well, this is not a joke anymore, I’m going to live in Germany!
Here are the things i want to do here:
First, LEARN GERMAN!!
Get to know Berlin like the palm of my tiny hand
Make lots of German friends
Go visit all my friends and family who live in Europe
Become 100% vegan
Become such a good cook that my recipes will drive people to tears
Read a lot (especially if TV in Germany is as bad as it is in France…), finish all the books I’m taking there with me.
Get my master’s degree
Help my husband out in his job as much as I can
Have my parents visit me in Berlin every year
Get involved with animal rights activism and get paid for it if possible hahaha
I’ll probably think of more things soon…

It sounds like you’re pretty excited! Are you moving there for your husband, or is this something you’ve always wanted to do?

Either way, have a lot of fun! I can’t wait to go (I’ve got the language down already).

Well, both my husband and I work for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of my country, so we were bound to be sent to live somewhere remote hahahaha. Until a couple of months ago we had no idea it would be Germany, at first it was a bit of a shock (especially because of the language…) but now I’m very happy with the idea!

I am not certain if you have been to Gemrany before or not… regardless you are in for a treat.

I really liked Berlin. It is more bohemien and less high brow than Munich (where I am).

IF you come to Munich (6 hours) there is a great vegan restaurant called zerwirk (close to hofbrauhaus).

German TV to me is miserable… you will want to read.

Berlin is a great city for the things you want to do! Best of luck!!
