Worth visiting!

Why I want to go to this place  — 1 year ago

I have been in Nyhavn.
The magic of colors, boats and people.
Hans Christian Andersens house.
Sitting by the water.
In the springtime, when there is yellow sun,
and wind.
You feel that strange amount of happiness
that you experience when you meet something
that is yours.

It is a tiny slice of danish daylight, something that possibly stops all the prosaic thoughts in anyones head, and gives room for rainbows of impressionistic ideas:)

you’re able to express yourself.
It’s truly a gift! What you said about experiencing happiness reminded me of a quote on a stained glass window. I snapped this photo of the window on my UK Tour last May-June. It says “happiness is found in the peace of quiuet places”
