After seeing pictures, hearing stories, having lots of Scottish ancestors and many other reasons my daughter’s name is Ruby Skye. A lot of people found it weird or just plain stupid to name her after a place but to those whom know anything about it… you would know why. Besides, Skye as a name means beauty, strength and virtue.
