I don’t even LIKE twinkies. But I remember reading about Dan eating one, so I thought I’d try it. Must be a mysterious chemical reaction between the grease and the cream filling.

Mine was just ever so lightly dusted with powdered sugar. I’ll have to try it with chocolate sauce.
So many things are just so much better after a bath in hot grease! Beth K. introduced me to the Las Vegas roll (sushi). It’s fabulous! And weird that you can get sushi deep fried. Doesn’t that make it tempura? Or just “furai”?
