There is a tour company on the main drag of the town. I don’t remember the name. Depending when you are going it can get very cold at night because of the altitude.

I went on my own. The trip is very easy if you go from Chihuahua, you can rent a car and drive 4 hours, or go by train to Creel, spend a couple of nights there and then take the train again to the copper canyon (30 minutes). You can even take a bus to Creel and then the train o a van to the copper canyon.

My advice will be go on your own, it will be nicer and cheaper.
