Worth visiting!
We drove around for hours, asked a girl at mcdonalds, found the cemetary and wandered. When we found the grave we sat in silence. Prayer and meditation. Contemplating human being. Walking back to the car, thanking him. Turn on the car, I just want to sit. The radio’s on turn it off- WAIT! Stevie Ray’s playing Little Wing… the last few measures. Thank you. No words. Sublime.

I bet visiting Jim Morrison’s grave in Paris would be a similarly surreal experience.

Totally. Though I bet it is more apparent where he (Morrison) lies. At the time we were looking for Hendrix grave, it was difficult to find. I think they have since moved it or created more of a memorial site. Yea, Paris. That’s an awesome idea. A worldwide tour of cemetaries and gravesites holds a lot of possibility too, eh?

Being the Presidential buff that I am, I someday want to visit all their burial sites.
Just saw the Nixon site about a month ago.
