I Live In Powell And It Is A Nice Place. I Like Being Less Than 30 Min Away From The Mountains Because I Do Alot Of Mountain Biking And Its Great To Be Right There. And I Think That The Part Of The Country Its In (East Tennessee) Has The Best Of All 4 Seasons And In Never Gets Too Hot Or Too Cold, Its Just Right!
