Located a mile from downtown and nestled on a wooded hillside, the Pioneer Florida Museum is a tribute to the lives of early pioneer Floridians. Its featured exhibits include a steam-powered locomotive, letters and war treasures dating back to the Civil War, and numerous historic buildings.
