Worth visiting!

If you can afford it, go to the Westin Hotel. Its gorgeous.

Ok, i’ll admit it, i went here for one reason, and that was to go to a Hanson Concert with my Hanson-obsessed best friend. And no, i didn’t particularly want to go. However, that all changed when i stepped in the Westin Hotel which was awesome. They have a pretty pool, the best beds ive ever slept on, a gorgeous indoor waterfall, and… an attached mall. ::heaven hymns ring from above::

So, that was amazing… then the concert was really amazing itself… but i wont go into it too much, but all i have to say is KC is a beautiful city.

Kansas City Native here....

I grew up by the Westin Crown Center Hotel and yes it is a beautiful hotel. My best fried and I use to work out in the fitness club you speak of behind the waterfall.

This hotel was actually built INTO the side of a granite hill, which at the time engineers wondered if it could really be done. Voila!! It was and what a beautiful statement it makes!

Every Christmas season, the hotel is magnificently displayed with life size Santas from history and from around the world. The Crown Center Mall is just buzzing with Christmas Carrolers and the best atmosphere for Christmas shopping I have ever experienced.

sigh I miss this city!

Westin = Awesome

I loved the beds too, someday if I can afford it I will buy the whole bed (which you can if you order it through the hotel)
