Worth visiting!

London, my favorite European city...

When I first went to London in August 1999, I was in love. Basically everything that was British and English/Londonish – I was sucked up by. I have been back 4 times and for some reason every time I go to Europe I always have to go back to London. The friendliness and the vibe that I get when I am there is one of the most supreme. There is always so much to see and do. I feel very alive when I am there.

Even though I am usually up for about 50 hours before my body is on track from EST time to the 5hr time difference. London is one of the most interesting cities in Europe to me. The culture, the history, the food, the shopping, the fashion, the art, the accents and the modern culture as well. You will be sure to have a great time in London if you like any of the above.

If you want to know anything let me know.

London at Christmas and New Year's

After reading your entry – I was curious if you had been in London for Christmas or New Year’s? My family is going over for two weeks (20th-3rd) and we’re up for any suggestions.

I lived in London for 2 months during the warmer weather – and my family and I went back to London this summer, but only for 3 days.

We were considering the main things people say, such as ice skating at Somerset House, seeing the Christmas Lights in the streets and the tree at Trafalgar Square.

I would love any ideas you may have!

Alwways wanted to...

but never had the chance to be out of the country for the holiday season. That sounds like a great time you will have during Christmas and New Years.

The coldest I made it was November 17-21 of last year. :) Have a wonderful time!
