It did say “SEX”-museum above the entrance, right? “Sex” can mean a lot of things, not just your ordinary boy-on-girl missionary position.
I seem to remember that there is also a warning sign at the entrance of the room with the more, if you will, challenging images, like those of bondage, S&M and sodomy. They are not my cup of tea, either, but I find other images more offensive than the knick-knacks on show in the sex museum, for example those on the daily news or those of a man nailed to a wooden beam. We’ve been exposed to those since I was a child and nobody wondered what that’d do to our psyche.
In comparison, the exchange of bodily fluids between individuals inclined to do so is rather harmless and not disgusting, it’s a natural part of enjoying life.
