We stayed at an adults only exclusive resort, off season at a discount price, only because my aunt was one of the resorts director’s at the time.

The island is beautiful. While there are over 100 beaches, only a few are safe to swim at, but well worth it. Half Moon Bay is a surfer’s paradice, where as Black Water Bay is calm, blue and serene.

Sailing to neighbouring islands, like St. Kitt’s is roughly a day at most away.

For those who prefer inland travels, there are plenty of places to explore including an old British Sugar Cane Plantation.

The most amazing part of my trip was listenning to the tree frogs ‘singing’ after an evening rain.
