Australia: New South Wales: Sydney: Drummoyne: Birkenhead Point Shopping Centre

pretty boring really by rikhi

the location is lovely, it’s right on a marina, the shops on the whole are pretty pedestrian. i tend to go there at least 4 times a week as i live near there and need my unhealthy dose of a coffee and cigarette after working out at Gillys Gym nearby.

there are plans to make a mammoth shopping centre though in rozelle (oh how i miss my old flat in rozelle!) over the `Leagues Club’. I think birkenhead point is going to end up as just a pretty ghetto set of reject shops.

I can’t believe Birkenhead Point is considered a `place’….

Could you consider it a 'Destination'

and then it wouldn’t show up as a Neighbourhood.

while you have the time and energy to respond to me, you can’t change an obvious error with this entry.

I have moved it to Drummoyne (yes, it really is a place in Drummoyne), but as someone has listed it as a Neighbourhood it is showing as top level under Sydney.

Surely you don’t want to enourge any interest in a place you so loathe?

Sorry man I didn’t realise! I was being a bit flippant, I didn’t mean to brush you off- if it came across like that.

In all seriousness it is in Drummoyne which is a Suburb of Sydney.

I don’t really loathe it per se- I was only being flippant because it seemed so grandly placed when it’s really nothing more than a suburban shopping centre.
