Other than that, it’s a great place, one of my absolute favorite ways to relax after work or on a weekend morning.

On the prowl?
Try the ones who work there. I’ve had two employees (or maybe the same one twice?) chat me up and try to get my e-mail address.
It’s still my favorite bookstore though.

Even if they don’t chat you up, I would say some of them are pretty strange. But then, it IS Montrose, after all. And I think everyone, in some way, is a little strange. It’s the human element, right?
Sigh! I know it seems perverse, but I miss being young and chatted up by random guys. Sometimes they are so cute in their awkwardness.
