Worth visiting!

A review of this place

The Kort Haus is a friendly little hole in the wall bar with a good selection of microbrews. It has one of the most interesting bar menus around too – a mix of standard pub sandwiches, a big page of mostly fried vegetarian foods (like veggie buffalo wings and “chicken” tenders), and a rotating selection of exotic meats (elk, venison, and ostrich come to mind). There’s a pool table, darts, and several video games, but most people seem to sit around the big curving bar, watch a little TV, and talk to Ed. The real draw for me is the small deck out back with comfy chairs and a sliver of a view of Green Lake.

Wow!

Ostrich and pool!? I haven’t been to the Kort Haus in ages… didn’t realize they have ostrich on their menu. Maybe it’s time to visit again!
