you can try with the airline
“aerotuy”.
it’s the airline that goes to Los Roques.
They have an “all inclusive” system that is very nice.
I travelled with them and it was everything ok.

There is several tour companies that go to Los Roques. Sorry, but I don’t know enough to recommend any of them. Try The Lonely Planet website. As for Puerto La Cruz, it’s just a “regular city” on the mainland. You can take a plane, a bus or a “por puesto” to get there … or rent a car.
