There is not much between Perth and Broome _{to fly would be better, but if going from Darwin then all thumbs up for the drive} get plenty of local road conditions , especially in the wet season.
Winjana Gorge is well worth going to see. If you like “Salvador Dali” paintings, you’ll love the scenery.
