for some wierd reason, i suddenly remembered my earliest childhood years of going to boarding school in Panchgani, but having to ride a train passing through the Kanpur train station where some street vendors served up some delicious indian snack either it was Chole-Bhature or something similar to it. it was yummy and i always remembered it years later ! but as for Kanpur, never been there, just at the train station enroute…
